As we are beginning to expand our services, we are renewing our commitment to you, our valued client to better serve you. We strive to incorporate your feedback and suggestions into our services to enhance the personalised nature of our service to your satisfaction. Over the course of 2019, we have gathered pertinent feedback from you and made the following changes and additions to improve service where frequency of shipments and constructive expansion is concerned. Please take note of the important changes below :
CHANGE OF USA ADDRESS FOR CUSTOMERS IN GHANA & COTE D’IVOIRE
- If you are a Stockfox Customer in Ghana and Cote D’Ivoire, please take note of the updated address on your dashboard once you log into your account. Please endeavour to make all changes to your billing and shipping accounts on retailer websites such as Amazon etc to ensure your package is delivered to the right location.
- All packages addressed to our old Atlanta Location as of NOVEMBER 01, 2019 will automatically be routed to the new address, all things being equal. In the unlikely event that they are not routed, please contact the responsible carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx/Lasership/Amazon) with the right address to be correctly routed and delivered.
SERVICE TO NIGERIA FROM THE USA
- In January 2020, our service will open up to the Nigerian Market, with base location in Atlanta.
This address will be made available on your dashboard for use by customers in Nigeria ONLY.
